Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Regional Marketing Manager (RMD) to join our EMEA Marketing team as part of our Bioproduction Market Development team. As Marketing Manager, you will lead the transformation of business strategy into inspiring regional marketing that builds customer value, revenue and growth. You will be responsible for collaborating with the Global Market Development teams and other internal partners including the global segment marketing managers, EMEA Regional Market Development Managers and the commercial team to develop and implement EMEA marketing strategy for key customer segments in the Bioproduction Business.

Driving impactful marketing in high growth markets like Cell & Gene Therapy is a key priority. You will also enable our commercial organisation and channel partners to deliver EMEA Marketing revenue and achieve business financial goals.

We are offering this role as fully remote (working from home), based anywhere in the United Kingdom or Europe. Some international travel may be required (up to 25% per annum), including overnight stays.

This is a full time, permanent 100% remote opportunity based in the UK.

What will you do?

  • Lead a team of Regional Market Development Managers, to develop and deliver on a strategic, multi-channel integrated marketing plan for the businesses within the Bioproduction Group in EMEA, taking account of customer segmentation, complexity of different geographic markets, competitor analysis, business trends and market opportunities.
  • Establish partnership, collaboration, and a positive culture to solve challenges and win in a high growth, highly driven and dynamic market.
    • Drive innovation to retain a competitive edge and market visibility.
    • Create performance indicators and frameworks that advise business reviews and optimisation of marketing and commercial tactics for short and long-term success.
    • deliver consistently on growth and revenue targets
    • Enable cost-effective and impactful regional marketing campaigns that transcend the various businesses and highlight our workflow capabilities.
    • Provide awareness and education of targeted market segments, that generate and convert leads to closed/won revenue via all appropriate commercial channels (eg sales, digital, and channels).
    • Develop talent/mentor team members
    • Lead the team through organisational change in line with the business strategy.
  • Partner with other members of the businesses, globally and in the region, to formulate cross Divisional/BU strategies for accelerated growth.
  • Build insight into our customers and how our capabilities address their business-critical needs.

Who we are looking for:

  • Extensive marketing experience and demonstrated ability to efficiently implement marketing plans to drive revenue growth for key customer segments.

Experience:

  • Extensive experience of omni-channel marketing (including Digital) campaign development and execution.
  • Experience leading and developing successful teams.
  • Strong record working in cross-functional teams and operating within a complex organisation to achieve goals.
  • Consistent track record meeting objectives and developing strong working relationships.
    Great to have:
    • Ideally, knowledge of the bioprocessing industry or other life sciences market and key competitors
    A willingness to travel internationally when required (up to 25% per annum), including some overnight stays is crucial
