Responsibilities and Authorities
- Assembly and testing of the product to ensure that all required specifications are met.
- Work with Supervisor and Engineers to ensure that quality, waste, and efficiency are meeting the requirements.
- Solve faulty products or parts to ensure that all required specifications are met.
- Implement improvement activities on quality and work process efficiency.
- Maintain ISO9001, MDSAP, ISO14001, ISO13485, QSR21CFR Part 820 and ISO45001 documentations to ensure conformity. Maintain and upkeep the housekeeping and safety standards in the workplace.
- Train Technicians/ Associate Technicians, Manufacturing on product assembly and testing.

Qualification
- NTC 3 in a technical field or 'O' / 'N' Level with technical work experience
Experiences
- NTC3 in a technical field with 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- NTC2 in a technical field with 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- 'O' / 'N' level with 6 years of technical work experience
Competencies preferred
- Equipment solving skills
- Understand ISO requirements
- Coaching skills for On-the-Job Training
