You will join a team that digital connects new and existing Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) workflows with an overall control system that provides customers with a streamlined process to develop cell therapies in the laboratories. Together, we will provide the flexibility required for cell therapy developers to not only process the incoming cells (including gene modification) but also ensure the cell therapies are safe and effective. We will help customers to easily scale from process development through clinical manufacturing and commercialization, while ensuring regulatory compliance and compatibility with cGMP-compliant processes.

What will you do?

You will join a multi-functional product development team in Cell and Gene Therapy, focusing on delivering digital solutions to our premier customers

Collaborate with the Product Management and R&D team to translate the latest scientific development in CGT into digital products and solutions that help customers to develop therapies for patients.

Support verification and validation, writing knowledge based articles for the software products and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and compatibility with cGMP standards.

Participate in end-to-end software development process, including requirements analysis, architecture, detailed design, development, and unit testing of software

Participate in project planning for feature content, timeline and scope.

Improve team skills, development practices and seek learning opportunities.

How will you get there?

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Sciences

Experience

Software engineering experience, including writing and/or testing software applications.

Interest and familiarity with development tools and technologies such as: Emerson DeltaV, Distributed Control System, SCADA applications is desired.

Strong interpersonal oral and written communication skills.

Proven dedication to our fundamental principles of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Proven software engineering skills.

Software development experience with innovative practices, such as Agile Methodologies and Scrum

Proficient written and verbal communication in the English language

Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 and OPC UA is added advantage

Keen learner and self-starter
