How will you make an impact?

We are looking for a costumer focused, collaborator and self-starter with strong communication, coordination, and planning skills. As part of our planning team, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating customer information, tracking Sales Orders, provide customers with timely updates, coordinate with cross-functional supply chain and manufacturing teams to promote, and always maintain a high standard of customer service.

What will you do?

  • Monitors order progress to ensure customer expectations for delivery are communicated and met.
  • Assists and resolves customer problems with deliveries; communicates effectively internally to resolve any issues regarding an order.
  • Coordinating with production, planning, warehouse to trace or accelerate shipments and resolve any issues preventing from shipping on time.
  • Maintains electronic and paper filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material
  • Maintains and tracks open and active sales orders.
  • Manage all customers SO/PO orders and communication request within the Order Desk inbox
  • Manage customers urgent request for parts top priority, Red Cards, Urgent, and Emergency.
  • Manage daily customer shipping schedule.
  • Lead weekly customers meetings to address any open orders or concerns

  • Capability to foster and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively work on multiple deliverables in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem resolution and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with heavy email traffic.

How will you get here?

Education:

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with limited experience; or equivalent work/ training experience in customer service.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be an experienced user of the Microsoft Office Suite; experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) tool and ERP systems.
