We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cybersecurity Operations Engineer to join our global security team. Working with the IT Cybersecurity Engineering Operations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and supporting our security tools across network, cloud, endpoint, and data domains.

A Day in the Life:

  • Maintain and optimize security tools and solutions to ensure peak performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor and investigate security events and incidents and respond according to established procedures.
  • Assist in the implementation and integration of new security tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to tackle and resolve security-related issues.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation, processes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in backup, restore, and disaster recovery testing for security tools.
  • Stay ahead of the latest security threats, trends, and standard methodologies, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Keys to Success:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, or a related field (equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered).
  • 3+ years of experience in a cybersecurity operations role.
  • Hands-on experience with security tools in AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
  • Strong understanding of network security, cloud security, endpoint protection, and data security principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Certifications such as Security+, CCNA Security, or cloud-related certifications are a plus.
  • Proficient in English.
