SAP Business Analyst (m/f/d)

A day in the life:
- Be the liaison between business users and corporate IT support to handle change requests, local and global projects, daily troubleshooting for key users and system maintenance
- Analyze requirements and business cases, prepare functional specifications to implement projects, enhancements and bug fixes
- Closely partner with corporate IT Support team on execution of customizations and developments
- as a member of a SCRUM team, you partner with SAP analysts and developers to support on-going activities and monitor the progress
- Support any SAP integration by supporting testing, training and validation activities
- Actively participate in project and improvement reviews
- Monitor business processes and driving continuous improvement
- Provide daily key user support and training
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work across all levels, functions and regions / countries
The key to success:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Management, Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience acceptable
- 1+ years of experience in SAP implementations phases like blueprint, build, test, cut-over/launch and hyper care phase in ECC 6.0 or S/4 Hana
- Functional knowledge of at least one SAP module in SD, MM, QM, PP or FICO
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional details needed to accomplish tasks and solving problems
- Effective communication skills needed to align with business and IT support
- Customer oriented, self-motivated, hands-on and pro-active work demeanor
- Basic understanding and experience of agile delivery concepts are a plus
- Proficient in German and English (oral and written)
