Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual to join our organization as a Portfolio and Requirements Management Tools Manager. Successful candidate will have excellent social skills, as you will work closely with product Development teams from various BUs.

The ability to multi-task and rearrange priorities is important. We are seeking a hardworking individual to lead all aspects of the management and utilization of tools across various projects and teams. This role will play a critical part in optimizing our project management processes and driving successful project delivery.

What do we look for:

  • A background in managing product lifecycle management tools.
  • Ability to research, evaluate, and select appropriate tools that align with the organization's needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with teams across the division in selecting tools and processes that will integrate seamlessly with existing systems and processes.
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of the chosen tools, ensuring smooth adoption and user training.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all tool-related inquiries, issues, and improvements.
  • Coordinate and maintain the tools, including user access, permissions, and data integrity.
  • Regularly update and customize tool functionalities based on evolving business needs and industry standard processes.
  • Propose and implement improvements to streamline workflows and improve teamwork,
  • Monitor tool usage and performance metrics, provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate users
  • Provide ongoing support and training to users, addressing their queries, solving issues, and ensuring their proficiency with the tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and standard processes

We will be excited if you also have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration) with proven ability.
  • 3+ years of experience in Project management
  • Good experience in handling tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, JAMA, or similar.
  • Proven understanding of project management methodologies, processes. and metrics.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, identify and address process gaps and inefficiencies.
  • Detailed with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic experience in SW programming

Starting salary from 2700 EUR gross/month - the final offer depends on proven experience
