Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Service Sales Manager to join our team at IES. The Service Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of our service offerings, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will need to have a strong background in sales, outstanding communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.

What you will do:

To lead the team to achieve our company objectives and exceed sales targets by driving bookings and revenue. Develop, implement, and execute strategic sales plans to generate new business prospects. Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities. Build and maintain positive relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the industry. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our services. Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions. Negotiate to upsell sales agreements, ensuring that they align with company objectives and profitability targets. Observe market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities. To provide detailed forecasts and reports, including pipeline activity, and revenue attainment. Manage and develop the team through our performance management development process and provide effective mentorship to the team.

How You Will Get Here

  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in Life Science/Chemistry or any Science and Engineering related disciplines.
  • 3+ years of sales management experience.
  • Requires excellent communication skills including verbal, written and presentation.
  • Strong project management skills required.
  • Customer-centric mindset is a must
  • Good at collaborating with cross team and coordinating with internal and external resources.
  • Track record in achieving or exceeding commercial management objectives on a consistent basis.
