This role is critical in designing and implementing machine learning solutions to support our business objectives and enhance decision-making processes. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the continuous improvement and operational excellence of our machine learning applications, contributing significantly to our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

What will you do?

  • Design and architect machine learning systems to support business objectives and improve decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate closely with IT teams, data scientists, and business partners to integrate machine learning solutions with existing systems and applications.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate machine learning algorithms and models based on business requirements and data characteristics.
  • Develop and implement scalable and efficient machine learning pipelines and workflows.
  • Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models to enhance performance and accuracy.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of machine learning solutions to ensure reliability and robustness.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security standards, and regulatory requirements in all machine learning initiatives.
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in machine learning, guiding project teams and customers on standard methodologies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in machine learning to drive innovation and propose novel solutions.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for applying machine learning techniques across the organization.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management on the status, operation, and maintenance of machine learning systems.

How will you get here?

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree and ML certification preferred

Experience

  • 1+ years experience as a Machine Learning Architect or similar role, with a strong background in designing and implementing machine learning solutions.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data processing techniques.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Experience with ERP systems and Master Data Management (MDM) tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Strong project management skills and experience in an Agile development environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multi-functional teams and collaborators.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a drive for continuous learning and improvement.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Pennsylvania is $83,300.00-$122,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
