  • Lead, mentor, and empower a team of inventory and logistics staff providing highly unique support directly contributing to the customer experience
  • Leverage communication skillset to support team members and key clients
  • Drive excellence through clear communication, scientific teamwork, service scope expansion, SLA adherence, development of business metrics, and team management
  • Champion innovation and practical process improvement in the program

Responsibilities

  • Instills a customer-focused culture that promotes loyalty through the delivery of market leading customer experience.
  • For Business Continuity purposes, ensures all team members are properly trained and procedures and policies are accurately documented.
  • Assigns and advises the workflow to ensure excellent service is delivered through appropriate staff planning, people development, improvement projects, and scheduling to meet/exceed all of the clients and leadership goals.
  • Establishes a continuous improvement environment and coaches and mentors process improvement activities or projects which team members conduct.
  • Formulates a vision for the customer service team and drives customer service strategies to execution.
  • Maintains KPIs and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and cascades the monitoring and actions to the team leaders.
  • Manages outsourced resources to improve productivity, effectiveness, and the team's workload.
  • Maintain areas in high state of inspection readiness including laboratory housekeeping and compliance.
  • Complete task associated to operations
  • Perform verification/approval of peer documentation in electronic systems and equipment logbooks in adherence with SOP's.
  • Align with company vision and mission of cross training and support different areas of service as require base on business needs and as assigned by Supervisor.

How will you get here?

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Expert on GMP environment preferred
  • Proven excellence in developing customer relationships

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Focus on laboratory safety and GXP compliance
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills; including experience writing procedures and presentation skills
  • Heightened attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in MS Office (with heightened proficiency in Excel) and experience using other computer software programs
  • Strong customer service
