Within our Analytical Services team, we have a functional service provider solution, which is a unique partnership that allows our customers to use the experience of our staff, while allowing you, the employee, to gain direct experience working onsite at a pharmaceutical/ biopharmaceutical company, all while maintaining full-time benefits.

In this role as a Project Manager Analytical Outsourcing, you will be independently writing assignments concerning the outsourcing process (involving analytical strategies/specific assays) through a deep understanding of analytical R&D processes and procedures. You will manage the third-party process and related documents in collaboration with appropriate internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage the process for outsourced testing for clinical at all production steps
  • Lead implementation of analytical outsourcing with key stakeholders like procurement, finance, due diligence, Quality and Third Parties
  • Manage Purchase Order and task order creation, budgets and quotations.
  • Request and follow-up on testing activities with Third parties
  • Work with project manager and analytical expert for budget alignment.
  • Support sample management and shipping to Third Parties
  • Ensure consistency and quality of all documents that are issued
  • Manage assignments (including multiple priorities and
  • responsibilities) and assure assigned milestones are achieved within required timelines
  • Work within complex matrix structure and drive the process.
  • Builds collaboration to facilitate smoothpartnerships between all groups involved in project delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

  • MS with 3+ years of experience OR BS with 6+ years of experience.
  • Degree in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Biology or Administrative field with 5 year experience in

a pharmaceutical environment

  • Possesses knowledge of internal processes/procedures.
  • Possess general computer literacy.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize with minimal supervision and liaise with more junior and more senior members of the team.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Written and spoken French
  • Sound scientific methodology, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to integrate and work in a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative.
  • Flexible, and easily adapt to new/unexpected situations
