As part of the Colleague Technology & Support, the Asset & Configuration Team's mission is to provide accountability for asset, services, and their cost while reducing the security risk.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The IT Asset Management Process Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the hardware, software, and CMDB data lifecycle. You'll work closely with the Asset Management team, suppliers, customers, and other supporting team members to enable the lifecycle of assets, including but not limited to support and maintenance Metrics reporting, process and documentation creation, contract agreements, asset procurement, and inventory management.

Support the asset management lifecycle activities including the creation of assets or configuration items, management of assets or configuration items, and disposal management of hardware assets or retirement of configuration items.

Ability to provide audit functionality to ensure that Thermo Fisher Scientific is protected about all the Asset Management data lifecycle.

Assist with the documentation and training activity for our site support teams in relation to all the asset management processes and procedures.

Acts as liaison between IT Asset Management team and our customers using our process of data.

Using asset data to provide recommendations to Management on process improvements and optimization opportunities.

Acts as a highly motivated & engaged employee!

Required Skills & Experience:

3-5 Experience with the ServiceNow tool and the ability to run reports & queries within the tool.

Experience with, and knowledge of, the ITIL framework as well as ITSM.

Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)

Ability to grasp modern technology quickly.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Demonstrates excellence in customer service, teaming, verbal and written communication & presentation skills!

Hardworking, collaborative, and positive behavior

Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Academic Qualification :

Bachelor degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications / Certifications:

ITIL Foundation Certification
