Job Description
MISSIONS :
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Service Clients, vous êtes en charge du support technique auprès des techniciens de maintenance.
Dans ce cadre, vous avez pour missions de:
- Assurer une assistance technique aux techniciens de maintenance/ingénieurs de maintenance (internes ou distributeurs).
- Analyser les problèmes techniques remontant du terrain et proposer des solutions
- Participer à l'élaboration de documentation technique
- Réaliser les formations des techniciens/ingénieurs de maintenance (internes ou distributeurs).
- Travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire (R&D, mécanique, physique, optique, informatique...)
