As member of the Site Leadership Team you will actively help crafting the future and well being of the site Linz.

A day in the Life:

  • Ensure the (technical) interface of Project Teams to customers (customer intimacy)
  • Ensure product introduction into manufacturing facilities (B30 / B52 / B700)
  • Maintain the overall project portfolio overview
  • Ensure the continuity of competence in project management as well as background knowledge in respective business areas
  • Ensure that the respective work processes for project management are in place
  • Safeguard efficiency of processes in areas of responsibility regarding safety, health and environment
  • Coordination of activities of Business Management and PDS API Project Management
  • Ensure collaborative and business oriented stakeholder management intern and extern
  • Develop and implement state of the art PM tools and processes to support site success
  • Establish and maintain good teamwork and coordination onsite, with SLT, Manufacturing API sites, and business unit network
  • Leading and developing the PM Team

Keys to Success:

Education

  • University degree (PhD) in science (ideal in organic chemistry/ chemical engineering)

Experience

  • Working experience within project management for API small molecule Business (experience in customer contacts / business projects CMO is an advantage)
  • Practice in dealing with complex structures
  • Experience in chemical engineering and (LEAN) manufacturing
  • Experience in Product Life cycle management

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong leadership personality with excellent communication skills
  • Highly people oriented, trustworthiness, self-confidence, convincing, inspiring, change agent, learning agility
  • Business acumen / financial understanding
  • English and German skills (fluent)

  • The payment takes place according to the collective agreement of the Austrian Chemical Industry. The annual base gross salary for this position is at least € 80.433,64 and will be overpaid according to qualifications and professional experience.
