Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a HR Operations Specialist - Employee Life Cycle. This position plays a critical role in managing the end-to-end employee life cycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all employees throughout their employment journey with our organization. This role will be responsible for overseeing the various stages of the employee life cycle, from onboarding, job change to offboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to effectively manage the employee life cycle process and a team of 3 subordinates.
  • Collaborate with HRBP and CoE Team to ensure alignment and consistency in the execution of employee life cycle processes.
  • Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new employees receive a comprehensive onboarding and are integrated smoothly into the organization.
  • Oversee the job change process, including the changes of compensation, band, title, legal entity, location, etc., and contract renewal.
  • Coordinate employee offboarding, including all the activities in the processes of voluntary/ involuntary termination and retirement.
  • Manage vendors to handle E-Filing, employee permits, Hukou application, contingent worker payments, etc.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and trends related to the employee life cycle, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in executing and managing the employee life cycle, including onboarding, job change and offboarding.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make sound decisions.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
