Job Description
- In close cooperation with the business group and channel agents, develop dealer management strategy to ensure smooth and efficient business operation and growth, balance direct, indirect/ e-business
- Assess performance of channel partners, select and develop appropriate channels and distributors for profitable growth at regional
- Build sustainable relationships with key channel partners, set objectives and develop programs and marketing initiatives to build win-win competence, achieve targets and improve performance
- Analyze market and channel to enable strategic decision-making
- Manage the interfaces to relevant internal departments and assure adequate support structures and processes
- Capture the new business opportunities that satisfy the growth of the related territories.

Requirements:
• Education / experience Degree level minimum (Masters or Higher preferred)
• 5+ years' experience in sales, 3+ years' experience in channel management
• Good written and reading English communication skills are preferable.
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently
