You will partner with a broad number of external and internal business partners, such as vendors, Warehouses, Distribution centers, Ledger accounting, Receivable accounting, Compliance & Audit.A day in the Life:• Process invoices and cash applications accurately in our ERP system (IBS) in line with authorization approval matrix and internal control procedures• Analyse and process our transit account GIT/GRNI• Process our supplier requests, AP credit balancesKeys to Success:Education• Level Degree BTS accounting or DCG or equivalent required.Experience• Experience with foreign languages is a distinct advantageKnowledge, Skills, Abilities• Ability to quickly learn organization ERP applications, ability to learn accounting principles• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook• High attention to detail and accuracy is a critical component of role• Ability to challenge the current process and continuously seeks for improvement opportunities• Has communication awarenessPhysical Requirements / Work Environment (Provide details)BenefitsThermo Fisher Scientific offers employment with an innovative, forward-thinking organization, and outstanding career and development prospects.
