About the Role
Reporting to the Program Director, PA Studio, the Multimedia Content Producer will collaborate with Media Relations, Social Media, Executive Communications Staff and Line Departments. This role is equal parts craftsman and creator and is someone who moves fast, writes with clarity, and produces short-form content that is sharp, visual, and message-driven.
We're looking for someone with a digital-first newsroom mindset who can spot a story, script it, shoot it, and ship it-at brand quality and on the timeline the moment demands.

Responsibilities
- Take a proactive role in editorial planning by pitching content aligned with agency priorities, developing new video series, and identifying story opportunities before they trend.
- Maintain and contribute to a content calendar that drives agency-wide storytelling.
- Produce short-form (30-90 second) content that highlights press moments, agency milestones, and public events.
- Write sharp, clear scripts and captions consistent with the agency's editorial tone.
- Film and edit short interviews, project walk-throughs, and behind-the-scenes explainers.
- Incorporate motion graphics and other modern visual elements into content.
- Collaborate closely with Media Relations, PA Studio, Social Media, and Executive Communications to ensure alignment with brand messaging and project goals.
- Apply brand templates and assets in coordination with PA Studio.
- Partner with the Social Media team on timing, format, and performance optimization.
- Tailor content for specific audiences and platforms.

Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must present the following qualifications to be considered eligible for this position:
- 4+ years in news, digital media, social content, or video production
- Strong technical production skills, with advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere and mobile video tools.
- Proven experience writing, filming, and editing independently.
- Ability to identify compelling stories and translate them into engaging, audience-focused content.
- Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends as needed.
Desired Qualifications
Ideal candidates will present the following profile:
- Familiarity with motion graphics and animation software.
- High level of resourcefulness, initiative, and good judgment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of creative production.
- Collaborative approach with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A link to your best short-form video (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- A brief note about something you're currently learning on your own time.
Selection Process
