About the Role

Reporting to the Sr. Program Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for analysis of agency-wide contract data to develop dashboards and report performance metrics across all contract procurement categories. Responsibilities will include coordination with numerous internal and external stakeholders as well as retrieving data from databases, conducting analyses, observing, assessing and reporting on trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis and prepare reports to provide concise, relevant, and meaningful insights on all facets of the agency's supplier diversity programs, including the MWBE/DBE/SBE/SDVOB contract awards and payments, as well as subcontractor payments performance.
  • Extract, import, and verify supplier diversity data from SAP and B2G systems as well as internal sub-systems.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and develop dashboards to support departments in achieving deliverables and provide performance information for federal compliance reports.
  • Organize system database exports into formal reporting structures for analytics, and issue resolution purposes.
  • Perform system synchronization monitoring, issue identification and troubleshooting for supplier data correction.
  • Support Sr. Program Manager with system migration and/or integrations tasks.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis under the direction of Sr. Program Manager in support of varied process simplification and quality initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business/Data Analytics, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university
  • A Minimum of 3 years or more of experience in programming, data management, and/or building analytics reports and visualizations using a variety of tools
  • Strong working knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) or a comparable language, with the ability to develop, refine and troubleshoot SQL queries
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developing dashboards and conducting data analytics using Microsoft Power BI, Oracle SQL Developer, and Microsoft SQL Service Reporting Service
  • Microsoft Office suite, with fluency in Excel, Access and PowerPoint

Ideal candidates will present the following profile:

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize projects in time-sensitive situations, paying keen attention to accuracy and detail
  • Experience with SAP and B2G systems
  • Agile, self-motivated learner
  • Effective oral communication skills, including experience in summarizing results of analyses and communicating detailed information in a concise manner
  • Effective written communications skills, including the ability to write in an organized and cohesive manner, with some experience drafting report findings and recommendations.
  • Experience with developing and refining database reporting tools
  • Experience with executing business system test scripts, documenting and reporting testing results
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with people at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation and political acumen
