Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for Night Shift (7pm-7am).

Responsibilities:

\n

\nSupervises nursing care provided by Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), and others.\nReviews and implements all nursing procedures and systems.\nAssesses and evaluates the systems which facilitate the delivery of quality guest care and performance of staff.\nUses a systematic approach in the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care.\nContributes to the guest assessments (MDS/CAA’s) and the development and implementation of a plan of care.\nEvaluates guests’ responses to nursing interventions.\nUnderstands the rationale for the use of medications and treatments and correctly administers as needed.\n\n

Qualifications:

\n

\nCurrent state nursing licensure required.\nCurrent CPR certification and additional certification in a nursing specialty desired.\nManagement or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.\n\n
