Join Hartford Funds' Sales Enablement & Learning (SEAL) team for a dynamic summer internship focused on supporting training initiatives, digital learning content, and cross-functional collaboration. This internship offers hands-on experience in instructional design, project coordination, and exposure to strategic sales enablement programs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and refinement of training materials and digital learning modules for Hartford Funds' sales teams.
- Support the execution of internal and external training events, including logistics, communications, and post-event documentation.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to curate content aligned with core competencies and learning objectives
- Participate in the maintenance and enhancement of the SEAL online learning hub ("The Lab"), including uploading content and ensuring consistency
- Contribute to intern group projects, including exploring how tools like Co-pilot can support SEAL initiatives
- Attend and engage in SEAL team sessions to gain insights into team operations and strategy.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program, ideally with a focus in Business, Finance, Education, Communications, or related fields.
- Strong interest in learning and development, instructional design, or sales enablement.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
- Experience or interest in e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

Compensation
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:
