What You'll Do

You will receive hands-on experience with projects that blend AI, automation, and data science, such as:

• Building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models for smarter document search and retrieval.
• Developing predictive models for use cases like next-best-offer, churn prediction, and lead conversion.
• Exploring agentic orchestration, leveraging AI tools in increasingly complex and meaningful workflows.
• Designing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workflows to streamline business processes.

What We're Looking For

• Learning agility and a genuine interest in AI, data science, and automation.
• Technical fundamentals in AI and data science concepts (statistics, modeling best practices, etc.).
• Hands-on skills in Python and SQL.
• A collaborative, proactive mindset and strong communication skills.

Compensation

The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:
