A Day In The Life
As a Project Manager in our Data & Analytics team, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and innovative projects that drive business transformation for our business. We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual who can bring their expertise in both project management and Data Analytics to the table. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of Data & Analytics projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

 

As a Project Manager - DA you will:

  • Support Product Delivery Lead in managing end-to-end AI/ML projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Document project scope, goals, and deliverables, and create detailed project plans.
  • Collaborate with Product Owner to document project requirements and develop project timelines.
  • Allocate resources effectively and ensure project teams are working efficiently.
  • Host Scum/Project planning meetings with team to track progress, identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and report on project status to stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets and resources to ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members on Project Management practices.
  • This position may have direct reports depending on the project and organizational structure.

 

What We Need From You

  • Bachelor's Degree or
  • Master's Degree Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Scrum Master in the AI/ML industry
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts, technologies, and methodologies
  • Experience managing projects involving AI/ML development, deployment, and integration
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with project management tools and software
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus
  • Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus Preferred
