Join TEP’s Alumni Engagement Team and take the lead in planning the 2025 Alumni Reunion! This paid internship is ideal for creative, outgoing TEP alumni interested in event planning, marketing, and community building. Interns will gain hands-on experience in logistics, digital communications, and outreach strategy while reconnecting with their school community in a meaningful way.

Position Overview:
Interns will work from the Middle School Campus three to four afternoons per week. The internship runs for five weeks, with the exact schedule determined with the supervisor. Interns will attend a mandatory orientation before starting.

Plan and coordinate the 2025 Alumni Reunion

  • Develop outreach strategies and event logistics

  • Design event theme, materials, and social content using Canva and other tools

  • Manage RSVP outreach and communications via Instagram, TikTok, email, and phone

  • Recruit TEP alumni and volunteers for the event

  • Support special projects, such as high school placement initiatives

  • Qualifications:

    • Passionate about community engagement and creative collaboration

    • Comfortable using social platforms and digital tools

    • Excellent communicator and team player

    • Organized and detail-oriented

    • Responsible and able to work independently

    Compensation:
    $16.50/hour for 3–4 afternoons per week for five weeks
