Job Description

Overview:

As a Maintainer I, you'll play a vital role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming facilities through routine maintenance, custodial duties, and landscaping tasks around our buildings and grounds. This hands-on position includes weekend shifts and is part of our essential personnel team, ensuring smooth operations every day of the week.

Qualifications

Minimum Entrance Requirements:

  • Ability to understand instructions, policies, and procedures, and to engage in discussions related to custodial responsibilities with supervisors and colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous professional cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance experience preferred.

Working Location

This is an on-site, in-person position in Salem, MA with on-campus, in-person responsibilities. Schedule includes weekend shifts.
