Program duration: February 9, 2026 - May 18, 2026
Small Business Initiative Responsibilities:
- Work with the SBI team on expanding and maintaining a database of community partner organizations by region and categories.
- Help prepare documents for external meetings with community partner organizations, including but not limited to one-pager about Treasury's Small Business Initiative, template emails to community partners.
- Prepare research for SBI team as needed.
- Aid SBI team with updating the online toolkit and weekly events and resources document.
- Assist team in reviewing and confirming any resources' contacts update and addresses that do not map successfully on MassGIS data platform.
- Note taking during meetings.
- Other duties as needed.
Qualifications
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 10lbs
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
