Job Description
Overview
The Associate Director of Annual Giving is responsible for leading efforts in the acquisition and outreach for annual giving programs, focusing on increasing donor participation, revenue, and engagement. This role will oversee a diverse set of initiatives, including crowdfunding campaigns, Giving Day, and texting-to-give programs, all while managing a portfolio of donors (TBD). The Associate Director will also lead the student giving and calling program and work closely with the Senior Director of Annual Giving to strategize and implement campaigns targeting young alumni. Additionally, the Associate Director will manage the Annual Giving Coordinator, ensuring effective support for the department's efforts.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Proficiency in fundraising software and CRM tools.
Collaborative and able to work well with colleagues across departments.
A passion for higher education and philanthropic engagement.
This is a hybrid position in Salem, MA with some on-campus, in-person responsibilities, which may require occasional/frequent/regular work on evenings and weekends.
