Primary Job Location: (USA) Candidates must be currently located in or willing to relocate to the Atlanta, Georgia area.
Preferred Experience: A minimum of 7 years in a Consumer Packaged Goods industry

Summary

This role is accountable for building the short, mid- and long-term strategic vision of the NAOU Emerging Channels, a growing channel comprised of Amazon, Retail Intermediaries (Instacart), the Natural Channels, and a large Distributor business. This includes how our brands and programs come to life in the channel to deliver on our long-term growth ambition. All strategies are based on insights and tailored to ensure we have the right offering to attract shoppers and drive basket conversion.

What You'll Do For Us

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the face and the voice of the emerging channel strategy / commercial plan to Franchise and Sales teams for innovation and base businesses plan deployment and amplification.
  • Commercialize, adapt, and amplify the strategy and commercial plans through routines with Franchise teams and bottlers.
  • Lead the NAOU channel strategy development in support of the 2035 growth ambition.
  • Lead the development, alignment, and stewardship of the GOAT calendar amplification for identified channels.
  • Be the voice of the Emerging Channels to Category/ Brand teams and iMX, advocating for fit-for-purpose digital content for all new products and GOAT programming. Ensure commercial plans for eCommerce & Amazon are ready for a best-in-class 1st click launch
  • Be the voice of the Emerging Channels to the system, advocating for a fit-for-purpose portfolio and packaging to grow revenue and profitability in the pure-play & ship-to-home modality
  • Lead channel-specific acceleration plans and routines to deliver on the plan.
  • Lead the system communication and deployment of base business acceleration plans by channel in partnership with the Commercial Strategy and Operations team to ensure key initiatives' deliverables are met.
  • Lead the org that is the one source of truth for the Franchise and customer teams on all deployed channel strategy resources, including merchandising, subsidies, allocations, and sharing of best practices.
  • Continually work on aligning resources to the work that matters most, and making hard choices in alignment with the system leads.
  • Lead the development of the merchandising element development and deployment, and scaling to deliver on stealable in-store engagement and retailtainment.
  • Digital Shelf is how our products come to life on Amazon and this role plays a key role in educating the system on what the digital shelf is and our specific needs for content

What You'll Need

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and relevant work experience.
  • 10+ years in the CPG industry and retail customer experience (manufacturer, retailer, or distributor).

Related Work Experience:

  • The candidate will have strong end-to-end knowledge of our customers' needs as well as our bottling operations and experience partnering with bottlers in co-building joint strategies and plans.
