Job Description Summary: The Senior Manager, Execution & Incentive Management, will serve as the company's subject matter expert on frontline execution. This pivotal role is dedicated to building a world-class execution culture across our franchise system by designing, implementing, and continuously improving the systems, processes, and incentives that enable us to win in the market.

As the operational driver of the Strategic Operations Planning team, this individual will be responsible for defining what "great" looks like at the point of sale. They will proactively partner to review and enhance our bottler business developer mechanisms, analyze performance against clear execution KPIs (e.g., Picture of Success, Coverage, SOVI), and develop concrete proposals to drive improvement.

The Senior Manager will be partner closely with the Channel team and Regional Managers, equipping them with the data and insights needed to lead effective performance conversations with our bottlers. By identifying and scaling best practices and designing powerful incentive models like the "Execution Cup," this role will foster a competitive environment where excellence is measured, rewarded, and replicated.

This role requires a unique blend of analytical rigor, process improvement expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence partners to transform our execution capability into a sustainable competitive advantage.

What You'll Do for Us:

Execution Framework Design & Management:

  • Consolidate and operationalize the primary execution KPIs (e.g., Picture of Success, SKU coverage, Customer coverage, SOVI) as the definitive company standard for in-market success.
  • Design and manage the processes for accurately measuring and tracking these KPIs across the entire system, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

In-Market Execution Review & Enhancement:

  • Proactively review and enhance existing bottler business developer mechanisms to identify strengths and weaknesses in their operating models.
  • Analyze and counter-propose concrete, data-driven improvements to bottler processes, tools, training, and daily work routines to enhance frontline effectiveness.
  • Partner with Regional Managers to present these findings and improvement plans to franchise partners, acting as a trusted expert on execution excellence.

Performance Analysis & Best Practice Amplification:

  • Analyze execution data to identify performance gaps, root causes, and high-impact opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify top-performing regions, teams, and individuals within the franchise system and create robust programs to "copy and paste" their successful practices and behaviors to other areas.
  • Foster a culture of healthy, constructive competition through transparent performance tracking, rankings, and communication.

Incentive & Recognition Program Leadership:

  • Design, refine, and manage powerful incentive models for both individual business developers and bottler enterprise (e.g., "Execution Cups") that directly motivate the achievement of core execution KPIs.
  • Analyze the effectiveness and ROI of all incentive programs, ensuring they deliver a clear return and drive the desired behaviors.
  • Lead recognition events that celebrate top-tier execution, reinforcing our commitment to building a winning culture.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a role focused on performance management, process improvement, sales operations, or commercial excellence, preferably within a FMCG or franchise-based business model.
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to use data to identify insights, build business cases, and drive action.
  • Experience reviewing and enhancing operational processes and providing concrete recommendations for improvement.
  • A deep understanding of frontline sales or field marketing execution dynamics.
  • Experience in designing or managing performance-based incentive programs is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with both internal leaders (Regional Managers) and external partners (bottlers).
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
