Costa RTD launched in Y20 and became industry No.2 player in the 3rd year, which created the record success in RTD coffee category. China is the No.1 volume contributor globally for Costa RTD business.
Faced the dominant No.1 player Nescafe and rapid growth category new players, we need explore Costa RTD China's disruptive & sustainable way to accelerate business growth and become the solid No.2 player.
Lead the connection planning & execution for Costa RTD, consumer-centric, brand strategy reflected, system activate & amplify efficiency are the core.

- Lead the end-to-end consumer/shopper connection planning based on consumer insight, shopper insight, category insight and RTD coffee competitive landscape to build Costa RTD differentiation and accelerate recruitment with efficiency
- Lead the strategic Region/Channel/Customer opportunity MKT plan development & execution to
- 1) Build Costa advantages in above strategic territory
- 2) Win in consumer & trade. Develop executable & high scale up potential system execution resources to engage consumer and drive transaction conversion
- 3) Build investment and cooperation model to drive efficiency & scale
- Explore and build consistent activation platform/partner for Costa RTD, which help brand build aware/affinity/transaction with YoY evolvement and scale up ability
- RTD coffee emerging channel (industry quick growth & coffee category high relevance) opportunity explore (e.g. snack shop/EC) and development
- Brand budget planning & management
- Expertise on Social/Digital/EC/Shopper marketing
- Fully leverage and keep learning the new technology and reflect into consumer connection plan
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5+ years experiences in translating brand strategies into connection plans
- Proven success in developing a comprehensive marketing plan to integrate brand/commercial/execution
- Channel marketing & customer marketing experiences will be a plus
- Experience with consumer & shopper connections across channels, digital marketing, media strategy and communication planning
- Solid project management capabilities
- Good at dealing with ambiguity, driving alignment and making things happen
- Proven ability to lead & influence cross-functional project teams, bottler, external agencies and customer
- Knowledge or expertise of coffee category is a plus
- Passionate on exploring and finding disruptive approach
