Senior Manager, Greenfield Blueprint Engineering
We are on a multi-year transformation journey to support continued volume growth, and we plan to do multiple new CPS greenfields or major brownfield's expansions in the future. In the recent past, greenfield projects were designed individually and we want to shift from that to doing a design blueprint that can be executed as part of project. Greenfield Blueprint Engineering Manager is responsible for creating and updating this design blueprint in line with latest industry practices and Coca-Cola / CPS Transformation and other requirements. The person doing this role will define the global blueprint, create & own the design package and support the on-ground project engineering team in execution and update it based on lessons learned from every project.
What You'll Do for Us:
- Define and update the Blueprint considering internal inputs from CPS SMEs, Lighthouses, Transformation, QSE, etc. and benchmarking beyond CPS at TCCC.
- Support Blueprint with Digital Tool. Own, update and standardize use of this tool.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications, incorporating emerging trends in industry 4.0 and others.
- Lead Concept and Basic Design and partner with the on-ground engineering manager of each strategic project to support the detailed design and construction of the site.
- Support the engineering and operations team during startup.
- Participate in budget and long-range planning for greenfields or major brownfield's expansions, including forecasts, cost analysis, and investment proposals.
- Update the blueprint in line with lessons learned from major CPS/Coca-Cola projects
- Ensure design in compliance to health, safety, and environmental policies, leading initiatives to promote a safer and sustainable operations.
- Follow and comply with all safety requirements and work regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a similar discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in engineering design or operations of large manufacturing facilities. In-depth knowledge of processes, safety, quality, costs and regulatory standards relevant to the beverage process industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing greenfield projects design and manufacturing startups.
- Ability to partner and collaborate, both internally with different functions and other CPS plants as well as externally with suppliers.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when identifying potential issues, making assessments, and giving recommendations.
- Basic knowledge of CAD and ability to read equipment drawings.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
- Knowledge of quality systems, safety
- Good English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage projects and multitask effectively.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment across different time zones.
- Travel: More than 25% up to 50%
