Senior Director, People Analytics Strategy Consultant

The Coca-Cola Company's mission is to refresh the world and make a difference. In support of this mission, our People Analytics team provides consultation to HR and the business, conducts data analyses and produces meaningful insights in support of our internal clients and stakeholders. This hybrid role reports to the VP, People Insights, Culture & Strategy in the center of excellence and is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

The ideal candidate will have experience providing actionable insights and compelling data stories to the business, partnering with technical teams to deliver projects, and have experience partnering with the HR functional domain in a global or matrixed organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the business, exceptional consulting skills, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, concise and impactful stories.

In this role you will develop and implement the People Analytics consulting practice. You will use your robust consulting skills to build People & Culture's capabilities in data-informed decision-making. You will facilitate embedding data and metrics into the data-to-day activities of our HR community. You will be responsible for global HR data governance efforts.

Develop and Implement the People Analytics Consulting Strategy and Practice

  • Develop and implement the strategy and process for people insights consulting
  • Champion a culture of data-informed decision making in P&C
  • Serve as thought partner to HRBPs
  • Align the people insights strategy to the P&C functional strategy
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in people analytics

Strategic Partnership, Consultation & Project Delivery

  • Act as the point of contact to P&C senior leaders and HRBPs
  • Partner with senior P&C leaders to translate business goals into people analytics projects
  • Communicate prioritized stakeholder initiatives and business context to the people analytics team, driving clarity and execution
  • Create stories and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Draw critical insights from metrics/data and communicate through a client-centric lens, including identifying recommendations based on data

Drive Data Governance and Enablement:

  • Shape the strategy and road map for data governance
  • Serve as people analytics platform leader, leading cross-functional project teams as needed to execute on the development/maintenance of tools
  • Champion platform adoption through training, documentation and ongoing support; foster self-service analytics culture
  • Partner with HR data governance and platform services to maintain data integrity and implement data management best practices
  • In partnership with our Enablement lead, develop and execute change management plans to ensure stakeholder adoption of new tools, reports, and policies.

Educational Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree required, MA/MS/PhD preferred, in Business Administration, Sociology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or other related field

Skills and Work Experience:

  • Commercial Mindset: Operates with a business impact mindset. Direct experience working in the business or partnering closely with the business (e.g., HR business partner role)
  • Storytelling: Demonstrates strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data insights into strategic business decisions that drive measurable value to senior audiences.

  • Exceptional consulting and communication skills, particularly in managing stakeholder expectations and interpreting their needs

  • Proficiency with HR data tools (e.g., OneModel, Visier, Power BI) and familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus.
