You will own initiatives end-to-end, from defining the problem and hypothesis through aligning stakeholders, shaping recommendations, and supporting execution and follow-through. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics, influence without formal authority, and balance competing priorities across markets, functions, and bottling partners.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Support and lead cross-functional analysis, working along with market leads and bottling partners, from diagnosis/assessment to prioritized plans/solutions. This involves a fluid interaction partnering with functional peers, while also supporting, communicating and influencing senior management levels.
  • Support new OU or local markets projects structuring, defining the process, key milestones, KPIs, resources needed, capabilities, and follow-up routines. Projects or analyses may involve negotiating internally or even with Bottlers, sometimes pushing against opposing interests.
  • Identify and assess new growth opportunities, including new markets, segments, business models, and 'out-of-the-box' opportunities, leveraging both internal and external perspectives.
  • Navigate and manage complex stakeholder dynamics, including situations requiring negotiation across functions or with bottling partners where interests may diverge.
  • Support the OU President and the Latam Leadership Team in ad-hoc requirements such as internal or external forum presentations. This will require strong storytelling skills, writing and presenting effectively, and adjusting to fit the audience with appropriate and relevant messaging.
  • Craft compelling, executive-level narratives, synthesizing data into concise, action-oriented stories tailored to diverse senior audiences.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small high-performing team, setting a high bar for problem-solving, collaboration, and impact.

Qualification & Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in strategy-intensive roles such as management consulting, corporate strategy, business development, planning, insights, PMO, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in top-tier or in-house consulting environments strongly preferred; familiarity with agile ways of working is a plus.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking skills, with the ability to integrate diverse data sources, connect the dots, and develop holistic, actionable perspectives.
  • Advanced synthesis and storytelling capabilities, enabling you to clearly communicate, influence, and align senior stakeholders through fact-based, decision-oriented narratives.
  • Proven stakeholder management and influence, including sustained interaction with senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams.
  • Strong project and initiative leadership, with the ability to structure and drive complex, multi-stakeholder efforts end-to-end.
  • Sound judgment and prioritization skills, balancing short-term performance with long-term value creation through a pragmatic, fact-based approach.
  • Strong understanding of industry dynamics, competitive landscapes, and execution strategy.
