As the creative lead for North America's Juice portfolio-including Simply, Minute Maid, and Honest Kids-you will shape the creative vision, elevate brand storytelling, and drive breakthrough campaigns that connect with consumers and deliver business results. This role is pivotal in defining how our brands show up in culture, across digital and physical touchpoints, and in the hearts and minds of consumers. You will partner closely with brand marketing, insights, and commercial leads to ensure creative strategies are grounded in consumer truths and business priorities. You will lead a team of creative strategists and collaborate with world-class agencies to deliver bold, insight-driven creative that inspires action and builds brand love.

Focus, Scope, & Impact:

Architect and align stakeholders to the creative briefs, creative strategy, core creative idea and campaign's creative assets for North America Juice brands including Simply, Minute Maid, and Honest Kids across both base businesses and innovations.

Elevate the creative impact and visibility of our Juice brands by:

  • Leading the creative process and agency briefs for key brand campaigns.
  • Authoring and aligning key stakeholders to briefs; lead agency briefings and identify innovative ways to measure the effectiveness of brand campaigns.
  • Influencing the quality of the creative work that is being led by the team in partnership with brand
  • Providing strategic thought-leadership throughout process: guiding adherence to (and when needed, evolution of) the strategy among internal teams and external agency partners
  • Identifying opportunities to bring consumer research and data into the process
  • Helping to develop measurement plans to evaluate and optimize campaigns
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration that continually challenges and builds the brand team's collective thinking
  • Ultimately, delivering impactful creative that meets business needs

Deploy/Operationalize all the creative work into deliverables (consumer-centric and shopper-centric/point of sale).

Champion digital-first creative strategies and explore emerging platforms to drive relevance and engagement

Coach and develop a high-performing team of 4 creative strategists, fostering a culture of curiosity, bold thinking, and continuous learning.

Key Success Parameters

Education: Bachelor's degree required.

Related Work Experience:

  • 10+ years of professional experience working with creative strategy
  • Experience working at and with world-class creative agencies and brands
  • A track record of inspiring big (ideally award-winning) creative thinking.
  • Proven ability to work in a network, and collaborate across disciplines/ countries

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: Ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear, compelling manner
  • Team building and team player - Collaborate, Inspire and Influence others
  • Translate consumer and cultural research/data, business objectives and diverse perspectives into actionable creative strategies and breakthrough creative ideas and expressions.

  • Planning, organizing, problem solving skills
