Reports To: VP, Franchise Leadership
Primary Job Location: (USA) Candidates must be currently located in or willing to relocate to the Salt Lake City, Utah area.
Travel: This role requires 25 - 50% travel, with an expectation to be in the office 3 days a week.
Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is preferred.
Preferred Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in franchise operations or a similar leadership role within the CPG industry.
Position Overview:
This position is responsible for territories within a Top 10 NAOU bottler as well as Mainstream bottlers. The Senior Director of Franchise Leadership is a pivotal role responsible for the strategic oversight and leadership within an assigned geographical and bottler territory(ies). This leader will serve as the 360-degree 'face of KO' to the bottler head in the assigned geography, ensuring alignment and delivery of the Annual Business Plan (ABP), while driving performance across topline, share, volume, and other key objectives.

This role necessitates a proactive and effective focus on driving execution with bottling partners, performance forecasting with as-needed planning adjustments, execution of controllables, and stewardship to accelerate and ensure key support functions' needs are met.
What You'll Do for Us
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Act as the primary point of contact and 'face of KO' to the bottler head in the assigned geography.
- Develop and implement strategic plans in alignment with corporate goals to ensure the annual business plan (ABP) is delivered effectively.
- Drive and support bottler strategies for topline, share, volume, and other key objectives.
2. Performance Management:
- Establish and forecast performance metrics, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategies and optimize performance.
3. Operational Execution:
- Ensure execution controllables are in place to drive efficiency toward established goals.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions with urgency as needed.
4. Stewardship and Support Function Leadership:
- Ensure the acceleration of key support functions, facilitating collaboration and engagement among cross-functional teams.
- Provide leadership in ensuring that all support functions have the necessary resources and guidance to meet their objectives.
5. Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong relationships with bottlers, stakeholders, and partners to drive alignment and cooperation.
- Represent Coca-Cola values in all interactions, promoting transparency, integrity, and ethical leadership.
6. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Encourage and pioneer innovative approaches to franchise leadership and operations.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the territory.
7. Other projects tied to strategic priorities as may be identified according to business need.
What You'll Need
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in franchise operations or a similar leadership role within the CPG industry.
- Proven track record of delivering strategic objectives related to topline, share, and volume.
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
