Leads growth agenda with bottler, aligning the local/regional strategy and plans with Bottlers for this region. Manages the day to day operations to ensure business results in Bolivia. Leads strategic, operational and commercial projects involving the System.

  • Define the local/regional strategy and develop the plan to maximize the business opportunity with the Bottler's Senior/Regional.
  • Manages the day to day operations of the franchise incl. marketing, commercial and financial; executes strategies with bottling partners; cooperates with bottlers to ensure local relevance and alignment with overall business; reviews and implements revenue growth opportunities/solutions.
  • Lead the execution of Strategic Business Priorities, by empowering Bottler's Senior/Regional Leadership Teams.
  • Act with discipline to ensure decision making and results tracking to effective management routines across different levels (Senior, functional, workstreams)
  • Deep market understanding to ensure correct decision making and strategy adjustments/improvements as necessary.
  • Manages relationships with specific stakeholders i.e. shareholders and senior bottler management.
  • Wire with other regions and operations (even international) peers to ensure best practice sharing and alignment.

Experience

10 - 15 years within the Coca Cola System minimum or within the Industry. Desired Marketing and Commercial experience. Recommended Bottler Marketing or Commercial Strategy Experience and Understanding of retail (Modern, Traditional and On Premise channel).

Strong and proved experience in managing teams. Robust leadership profile is mandatory.

Spanish is required; English Required;

Work Focus

  • Guides and collaborates with bottler in the decision-making process involved in key areas such as RGM, budget and other commercial initiatives.
  • Acts with a high level of autonomy so decision making must be sound and mindful of Coca Cola and bottler impacts in guidelines, principles and impact.
  • Continuous finding of new ways to identify regional market opportunities, generating value across the System in alignment with the BU strategic priorities

Leadership skills

This role will be crucial to develop Bolivia's business and to position the team in higher level. She/he should be the key person to create valuable long term relations within the System and Functions LATAM. Also, must be a role model in leadership behaviors.

Communication Focus

  • External: Senior roles in Bottler Partner with the objective of ensuring operative discipline through the right process and routines to deliver results. The role has strong responsibility in sharing information, influencing and negotiating with others.
  • Internal: Works closely with the Frontline team to create synergies and ensure resources, with peers in Latam.
