Job Summary:
The role is responsible for leading the development of scalable execution & VTM processes, capabilities and tools - owning new processes on relative area.
Responsible from future back thinking and future capabilities to proactively lead & develop, which are usually impacting multiple functions & stakeholders.
Develops & improves Execution & VTM governance models, tools and systems - being responsible to decide when to build new capabilities internally or leverage external providers
Work That Matters The Most
- Responsible for leading Execution Excellence and VTM Strategy, landing those strategies via The Coca-Cola Company frontline commercial and bottlers teams
- Execution Long Range Plan for the Operating Unit - lead Execution LRP process, identifying opportunities into critical commercial execution capabilities (PICOS, RED, CDE Mgmt., Digital RTM) and defining the roadmap to build in the next 3 Years
- Integrated annual business plans - support franchise organizations and bottling partners in effective integration of execution strategy and critical commercial capabilities into ABP
- Commercial capability development - in collaboration with Global C&CL, bottling partners and external vendors develop critical commercial executional capabilities to close existing gaps and build competitive advantage and continuous growth through improved execution.
- Commercial Execution Governance - improve the quality and coverage of our executional governance mechanism in collaboration with bottling partners and franchise organizations.
- Influence executive leadership on commercial strategy of key big bets (e.g. Execution: Outlet Segmentation, RED Coverage & methodologies, PICOS, ABCs of execution)
- Extensively and proactively analyzes problems and recommends new direction or advancements within commercial perspective, to drive additional growth for the organization
- Partner & pioneer in capability development with global C&CL, other OUs and bottling partners, with connecting frequently with internal and external senior leaders

Experience
- Demonstrated experience (10+) leading Execution/RTM/Digital transformation projects.
Proven experience in senior roles of Consultancy, Commercial Strategy or Execution roles in FMCG companies.

- Proven ability to drive system influence and implementation of strategies & plans.
- Effective communication and influencing skills, with the ability to smoothly collaborate with multitude of system stakeholders.

- This role requires understanding of Coca-Cola company and/or bottling partners RTM and sales operations and system economics.
