Retail Lead Ambassador
Greets & monitors visitors. Provides directions or other support as they navigate the exhibits/attraction or retail store. Interacts with customers and other employees to maximize revenue generation and enhance the customer experience. Assists and educates customers about sales offerings, including selection and purchase of merchandise, using a broad familiarity with products and store policies. Receives funds from customers and records cash and credit/debit card sales transactions. Counts money, issues change, operates a register and/or scanner to capture product and price information, balances register/account receipts and determines sales tax. May perform store/site-level support functions, including stocking, customer service, scheduling, day-to-day operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance and back-office support. Provides excellent customer service and represents the Coca-Cola brand in a positive light.
CAREER LEVEL D
Applies advanced knowledge of the processes and procedures within own discipline. Considered a subject matter expert level. Capabilities are typically gained through a combination of job-related training and considerable work experience. Works autonomously within established procedures and guidelines and performs the most challenging and non-routine tasks. May serve as a resource when new procedures and guidelines are being established. May act as a Lead for other employees within the job progression (as needed), coordinating the work of others, but is not a formal supervisor. Progression to this level is limited based on employee capability and organizational need. This is the Lead level for the few go-to employees seen as subject matter experts by supervisors and their colleagues
