業務内容
- 原材料の投入、製品の取り出しや仕分けなど、製造工程に関わる作業
- ゴミや製造廃棄物の収集• 処分、設備や作業エリアの清掃
- 設備のセットアップ、操作、トラブルシューティング、製品切り替え時の調整
- 原材料や完成品の目視検査、軽微な調整
- 包装の密封性テストの実施• 評価
- パレット、スリップシート、ストレッチラッパーに関するフォークリフト作業者の補助
- 不良品 (箱の接着不良、不適切な印字やラベルなど) の識別
- 製品や機械の問題の報告 (構内インターホンや無線機の使用)
- コンピューター端末や操作画面 (OIT) の監視
応募資格• 条件
- 高校卒業または同等の学歴
- 英語での指示の理解• 伝達能力、製造業や食品製造の経験
- 出勤率、安全意識、チームワークにおける高いパフォーマンス実績
- 自動化設備 (充填機、パレタイザー、ケース詰め機など) の操作経験
- 機械の起動• 停止手順や制御の理解、機械的な知識• 適性
- 繰り返しの屈伸動作、重量物 (約23kg) の持ち上げ、立ち作業への対応力
- フォークリフト免許、安全かつ効率的な運転技術
- 8時間勤務、残業• 延長勤務、シフト勤務への柔軟な対応力

We are looking for individuals with attention to detail that enjoy working in a team environment and want to join an exceptional team working on our iconic brands.
What You'll Do for Us
- Follows manufacturing procedures and guidelines to conduct a variety of tasks which are part of the production process, which can include loading materials into production machines; removing packs and sorting raw materials or finished products.
- Collects and disposes of garbage and production waste; cleans production equipment and work areas.
- Accountable for the set-up, operation and troubleshooting of equipment, including mechanical and programmable controls, as well as completing the necessary filler, conveyor and palletizer adjustments for changeovers.
- Visually inspect all incoming materials and outgoing products and make minor adjustments as needed.
- Perform and evaluate package integrity tests
- Assist forklift drivers with lower level problems with pallets, slip sheets, and/or stretch wrappers
- Identify non-conforming product, such as poorly glued boxes, improper codes and/or labels
- Identify and report product or machine problems to production, maintenance, and/or warehouse personnel using plant intercoms and or 2-Way radios
- Monitor computer terminals and OIT screens
Qualifications & Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to understand and communicate instructions in English with experience in a manufacturing/food production environment.
- A demonstrated ability to exceed performance expectations, especially in categories of attendance, safety, and teamwork is required.
- Must be familiar with and able to run automated equipment, including fillers and palletizers and operating casing equipment
- Must have a high mechanical aptitude to be able to sequence equipment for proper start-up and shutdown, understanding machinery and conveyor controls.
- The ability to do repetitive stooping, lifting 50 pounds, bending, and standing while operating equipment is required.
- Must possess a valid forklift license and be able to operate a forklift safely and efficiently
- Must be able to work an eight (8) hour shift with overtime and or extended hours as required and work any shift as directed
