Production Manager (3rd Shift 8:30p-6:30a SUN-THURS)

As the Production Supervisor you will be responsible for manufacturing product using efficient and safe manufacturing processes through the supervision of production team members.

Schedule

8:30PM - 6:00AM, Sunday-Thursday with the possibility for overtime on the weekends.

Job Related Duties and Key Role Responsibilities

• High School Diploma, General Education
• Bachelors Degree Preferred
• Minimum 2 year in supervisory roles of people & processes
• At least 3 years in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams showing improvement in plant KPIs.
• Working knowledge of the principles of manufacturing management.
• Working knowledge of specific supply chain capabilities, strategies and interdependencies.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate efforts around process improvement.
• Working knowledge of basic elements of Good Manufacturing Practices in a manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of key business drivers used to gauge the effectiveness and performance of an internal group or supplier.

• ISO (22000, 9000, 14001, etc) or other management system
• Lean, Six Sigma, 5S
