As a vital liaison between HR Technology teams and business stakeholders, the HR Solutions Portfolio Manager is tasked with refining operations, conducting insightful data analyses, and improving user experiences. Moreover, the role includes providing essential support and troubleshooting for deployed HR technologies, including enterprise-level platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Director to ensure that HR digital needs are strategically aligned with business goals. Assist in the development and optimization of the HR solutions portfolio.
- Lead HR technology projects through planning, execution, and monitoring stages. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Act as a key point of contact between HR technology teams, business units, and stakeholders. Facilitate communication and collaborative problem-solving.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior project managers and other team members. Foster an environment of learning and development.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses, advocate for the effective use of existing solutions, and support the deployment of new digital tools. Ensure operational efficiencies are realized through the adoption of such tools.
- Oversee troubleshooting and support activities for HR technologies, including enterprise platforms, ensuring robust post-deployment support structures are in place. Including help platforms like Microsoft Dynamics, Azure DevOps and other Enterprise Solutions.
- Drive digital maturity within the HR function by promoting best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in HR technology, project management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with human resource management processes and systems.
- Experience in supporting both technology-focused and non-technology-focused projects.
- Ability to balance immediate tasks with long-term strategic goals to deliver consistent results.
Skills
- SCRUM methodology and tools such as Jira, AzureDevOps
- Knowledge of HR Technologies including Workday, ATS, LMS, Qualtrics, and Power Platforms.
- Skilled in overseeing the integration of cutting-edge technologies to enhance and automate HR processes, contributing to organizational innovation.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and lead transformational changes in HR processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Ability to employ sophisticated data analysis techniques for strategic decision-making, driving insights and business improvements.
- Intermediate project management skills, enabling efficient planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects and tasks.
