Position Overview

Provide support in the project through design, align and deploy the bottler capabilities evolution (set of tools that bottler have to attend the market demand), coordinating routines with stakeholders (presenting proposals, results & learnings) in order to accelerate and expand the plan.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up Picture of success execution for the traditional trade channel (On Premise & Off Premise)
  • Commercial Programs reporting and follow up.
  • Commercial Capabilities Improvements, reporting and follow up (Coolers Platform, Returnable & RTM Projects).
  • Support the implementation of commercial capabilities and tools.
  • Manage diverse and multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization.
  • Understand, balance, prioritize internal projects.
  • Analytics for opportunity identification and technology for solutions scalability.

Education Requirements:

  • Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in progress
  • Degree or University in Business Administration/Marketing

Related Work Experience:

  • Experience is not required.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, interpersonal skills Problem-solving mindset with strong Analytical Skills,
  • Problem solving mindset, and the ability to build up simple plans that can be easily understood by frontline salespeople and customers.
