Position Overview

Support during innovation process which includes business case, financial review, playbook creation, innovation process stages & gates, operational innovation routine follow up and tracking.

This job scope is focus on the balance among strategy & execution, global & local, speed & endurance, innovation & BAU, short-term & long-term growth. This is an amazing opportunity for talent development as he/she will be.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities

  • The Intern will be supporting the overall project Gantt tracking and consumer testing point of contact.
  • Build the Gantts to lead the correct implementation of the project.
  • Review communication creative concept localization, agency timings, project coordination, support launch of all media campaign.
  • Support the implementation of the acceleration plans and brand analysis since day one.
  • Consolidate and organize project information.
  • Determine the steps for the project, which involves multi-country and multifunctional teams and define the most efficient way to implement it.
  • Lead the plan with local markets marketing teams, technical and finance teams so that everyone is involved and aligned from the start.
  • Lead periodical status meetings to follow the project to ensure there are no delays.

Education Requirements:

  • Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in progress
  • University in Business Administration/Management

Related Work Experience:

  • Experience is not required.
