Position Overview

Support operational needs and acceleration plan to ensure a competitive RGM in each bottler/territory while connecting with packaging R&D (Development area), Launch Projects, Timely implementation, Support bottler with follow up of action plans for QSE (Quality, Safety & Environmental) Excellence Cup.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities

  • Development of the authorization process, Definition of requirements in quality, safety, social responsibility, sustainable agriculture, Perform risk analysis Definition of the monitoring process Support in the process of developing digital tools for governance (authorization forms, complaint forms, digital status board, etc).
  • Gather information of labels and SRA IS system for each market.
  • Generate interactive database for Central labeling information to customize it to a final consumer platform and to internal labeling creation purpose.
  • Gather regulatory framework from Central markets to automatize formulas compliance.
  • Process Mapping -P&L development and validation -Process benchmarking -Network and logistics Optimization
  • Follow-up of the supply of materials and glass according to the acceleration plans that the Central has in process Q4 and ensure fast start 2022, risk alert and options with other packaging.
  • Provide technical support for bottler and Company associates to provide information or validate equipment / parts or processes to execute new initiatives
  • Research and resolve issues for bottler and Company associates to expedite service, or orders using information systems (e.g., KO systems, Central databases, PW BI, etc).
  • Receive record and respond to bottler inquiries / feedback using database tools and documented best practices to provide improved service performance

Education Requirements:

  • Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in progress

Degree or University in Business Administration/Management

Related Work Experience:

  • Experience is not required.

  • Project management skills, with clear understanding on how projects contribute to business success
  • Strong communication, collaboration, interpersonal skills Problem-solving mindset with strong Analytical Skills,
  • Problem solving mindset, and the ability to build up simple plans that can be easily understood by frontline salespeople and customers.
