Human Resources Specialist

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting critical HR activities, ensuring operational excellence, and driving organizational capability development. This position focuses on talent development, culture enhancement, and managing communication programs, making it ideal for someone passionate about fostering a thriving workplace culture.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Provide local HR services to the Apopka Flavor Manufacturing site in collaboration with key stakeholders and the People Services Center.
  • Support talent acquisition processes, including selection, recruitment, and onboarding new team members.
  • Coordinate and execute training, learning, and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and prepare regulatory reports as needed.
  • Support internal community engagement programs, fostering connections and engagement within the workforce.

Qualifications & Requirements

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in human resource management, organizational development, or a related discipline, along with 3+ years of experience in HR operations. Familiarity with U.S. labor laws and experience in organizational capability building are essential. Additional qualifications include:
