In the McDonald's Division, our Supply Chain & Operations team brings new products and programs from concept to reality across 15,000+ North American locations. The McDonald's Division is seeking a Director of Field Commercialization to lead field initiatives that drive product and operational revenue growth. This role, reporting to the Senior Director of Supply Chain & Commercialization, ensures the successful launch of products, equipment, and programs. You will work closely with the field service network, collaborate with McDonald's leadership, align priorities with equipment suppliers, and coordinate with kitchen system partners to deliver results.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Coca-Cola Foodservice Operations and Customer Service processes, plus experience aligning service, parts, training, and support for new launches. You will find creative solutions to accelerate initiatives within capacity-constrained systems and maximize cross-functional coordination between customer and internal sales teams.

- Lead planning and execution of commercialization of products, programs, equipment, and value-added services in McDonald's restaurants.
- Ensure system readiness for product pouring, program launches and improvements, and equipment installations that improve reliability, quality, and operational ease for McDonald's.
- Direct cross-functional teams, including supply chain, service providers, McDonald's HQ, McDonald owner/operators, business development leads, insights & innovation, marketing, finance, and more.
- Provide clear, regular communication & advocacy on commercial projects, programs, key initiatives, and system performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience across multiple functions in operations, supply chain, project management, and quality.
- Customer management or customer operations management experience.
- Product or equipment deployment and/or commercialization experience.
- Willingness to travel ~25% on average, with increased travel during major project launches.
Functional Skills
- Field Service Operations: Expertise in parts, service, beverage equipment, quality programs, procurement, and restaurant operations.
- Project Management: Ability to manage budgets, broad project scopes, multiple suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
- Operations Management: Skilled at leveraging performance data to measure, track, and adjust processes, ensuring alignment across functions.
- Communicating for Alignment: Strong ability to synchronize customers, service providers, FSOP, marketing, and supply chain through frequent updates and coordination.
