You'll be joining the Early Careers team in Europe to support initiatives that shape the future of talent attraction, onboarding, and youth engagement - aligned with our ambition to become a top employer for Gen Z. Key Responsibilities
As an Early Careers Intern - Europe, you'll play a pivotal role in driving and supporting high-impact initiatives across Europe:
Onboarding & Experience Coordination
Help design and deliver world-class onboarding for our interns and graduates by coordinating sessions, logistics, and engagement touchpoints to ensure a warm and inclusive welcome.
Campus & University Engagement
Support in organizing career fairs, virtual meet-ups, and university collaborations. Be a Coca-Cola campus ambassador by helping us build connections with student communities.
Content Creation & Digital Storytelling
Generate engaging content across internal and external platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Glassdoor, Bright Network) that elevates our employer brand and shares the voice of our young talent.
Cross-Functional Project Involvement
Contribute to impactful early careers campaigns and initiatives, including ambassador programs, social impact campaigns, and Gen Z inclusion projects across DEI, Culture & Engagement, PACS, and Marketing.
Operational & Administrative Management
Assist in coordinating meetings, tracking progress, preparing communications, and supporting the day-to-day execution of Europe-wide early careers initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Work Authorization: Must have legal authorization to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available.
- Availability: Able to commit to a 6-month full-time internship (36.25 hours/week), starting in August 2025.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Mindset & Values: Passionate about Coca-Cola, its brands, and values. You're a curious self-starter who is agile, adaptable, and eager to make a real impact. You embrace ambiguity, learn quickly, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to everything you do.
- Team & Relationship Building: Inclusive, team-oriented, and confident collaborating across diverse, cross-cultural environments.
- Creativity & Communication: Highly creative with a good eye for design. Familiar with tools like Canva or Adobe Express, and confident in storytelling and visual communication.
- Organization & Execution: Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience or interest in project or event coordination is a plus.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaborative tools like PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
