Position Overview:
- Play a crucial role in supporting the Costa RTD Coffee transition projects as well as other ad hoc corporate finance projects.
- Manage the alignment of resources, risks, opportunities, and reporting requirements for specific projects and regions.
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure seamless financial transitions and support FP&A digital solutions and other initiatives.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
- Support Costa Coffee Transition (Y25 and Y26 ABP Preparation):
- Lead and manage the financial transition work related to Costa RTD Coffee business.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective financial management and system integration, if applicable, during the transition.
- Monitor and report transition progress, identifying any financial discrepancies, risks, opportunities and resolving issues promptly.

- Region / Project-Specific Support for Financial reporting (actual, RE, ABP, LRP etc.):
- Provide robust financial reporting and analysis for specific projects and regions.
- Work closely with project teams / regional finance teams to review and interpret financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards.
- Track and analyze key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for financial improvements.
- Ad Hoc Corporate and Future Finance Initiatives:
- Participate in corporate projects and future finance initiatives as required.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic financial planning and forecasting processes.
- Lead and support the implementation of corporate FP&A digital solutions, making independent judgments and handling complex issues.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Related Work Experience:
- + 10 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or a similar role; experience with Costa RTD Coffee is a plus.
- Proven ability to work and communicate effectively across functions in a bilingual manner, with the ability to influence and deliver results in a dynamic and complex environment.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for driving change.
- Proficiency in GAAP and financial systems (SAP, Hyperion, etc.).
