The goal of the Strategic Insights & Analysis team is to generate actionable insights that identify opportunities to accelerate the performance of The Coca-Cola Company brands in LATAM. This is achieved by quantitatively and qualitatively understanding the dynamics that shape the marketplace.
This role will lead a team responsible for generating insights about the beverage industry across all LATAM countries. The team provides a deep and holistic understanding of key players and categories, delivering strategic recommendations to inform decision-making across the organization.
What You'll Do for Us:
- Analyze holistic data on key business competitors to generate insights into their current market activities and potential future strategies.
- Integrate multiple data sources to identify and understand trends in the beverage sector. These sources may include ad-hoc agency research, financial reports, syndicated data, global best practices, and continuous tracking data.
- Lead the cross-functional Integrated Insights Forum, fostering collaboration, alignment, and capability-building across teams to enhance organizational excellence in data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with multiple LATAM and Global teams to develop comprehensive reports that provide strategic recommendations for the business.
- Translate complex data into clear, executive-level documents (white papers and presentations) designed to support decision-making among senior leaders.

- Ensuring team effectiveness across the organization by clarifying objectives, removing obstacles, and driving performance and engagement.

- Fostering a culture of bold, constructive discontent and developing diverse talent to continuously raise the bar.
