As the Director of Growth & Transformation, you will work on high-impact outcomes for the Coca-Cola System by driving and enabling large-scale, strategic, business-transformative cross-functional initiatives. You will lead and support the realization of Vision 2035, focusing on culture and capability transformation while optimizing the operating model to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Your role will be pivotal in fostering cohesive collaboration across the organization, ensuring that transformative changes align with our core objectives and deliver sustainable growth.

Transformation

  • Leading comprehensive business transformation initiatives from strategy through to execution, aligning objectives with overarching business goals.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to design and implement innovative business models and market entry strategies, while conducting commercial and investment assessments to support informed business decisions.
  • Establishing and maintain a robust Project Management Office (PMO) governance structure, ensuring excellence in execution across all strategic programs.
  • Partnering with finance, engage in scenario planning and risk assessments to anticipate future challenges and opportunities, develop contingency plans to prepare the OU for various outcomes.
  • Identify and assess opportunities for growth through innovation, partnerships, or acquisitions ensuring future competitive advantage

Vision 2035

  • Custodian of Vision 2035, including potential future updates, responsible for supporting the OULT in all forms of communication across the organization
  • Serving as the guardian of long-term strategic bets as identified within Vision 2035, establishing governance frameworks to track progress, ensure accountability, and manage risks effectively.
  • Monitoring and analysing market data, trends, and organization's response to identify opportunities for growth and innovation, driving continuous improvement and course correction.

Continuous Improvement

  • Continuously assess and enhance organizational ways of working, identifying areas for improvement to increase efficiency and drive business success.
  • Implement systems and processes that support agile and adaptive working methods, ensuring the organization remains responsive to change.
  • Partner with HR on the OU culture transformation agenda
  • Lead functional culture and capability agenda

  • Business Acumen: Comfortable dealing with a variety of business topics, including culture, sustainability, and other critical areas, ensuring comprehensive understanding and strategic insights across different domains
  • Strong Relationship Building: Proven aptitude for cultivating and leveraging relationships with key business partners, with ease in collaborating with senior leaders across the system
  • Change Management: Skilled in large-scale change management initiatives, from design to execution, able to manage stakeholder impacts
  • Data Proficiency: Skilled in utilizing internal and external data sources to inform strategic decisions and build robust business models that support organizational goals.
  • Complex Project Leadership: Proven ability to drive and manage complex projects, ensuring successful execution from planning through delivery, while addressing challenges and maximizing outcomes.

Experience

  • 10-15 years of experience across business facing roles or consultancy in Strategy, Marketing, Business Planning, People & Culture, C&CL, and/or Finance.
  • Preferred experience in management consultancy leading large scale transformational projects and planning
  • Generalist with the ability to adjust, learn, and connect toward the delivery of high-stake transformation-oriented initiatives.

Travel

  • 10-15%
